04 Vibe timing chain replaced now stalling at low rpm

Hey everybody. So I have an 04 vibe 1zz with over 400k miles and recently changed the timing chain out. After installation my car is stumbling at low rpm and when I put it in gear. I have a spark advance of 13 at idle, and runs way to well for timing to be off I would think. Please help!:

Would like to find out if the chain was off a tooth.....

I haven't been able to find a reference that specs a timing advance for a 1zz, only thing I can find is a procedure for chain replacement (attached) , and it describes the timing chain and gear alignment at step 26, but that's nothing you can verify from outside the engine

What are the RPMs where it stalls? (is it a problem with it stalling at idle, or a problem of idle too low?)
