anyone have photos of the weathertech floor mats installed?

Post by jcharles00 »

My OE mats are looking like garbage. A couple of holes forming. I keep seeing folks mention the weathertechs, but when I go to their site, the only thing they have for my '03 vibe GT is a "trim to fit" which doesn't sound worth the price and gives me concerns about their ability to stay put. (I've got a 6sp, and when my floor mat tabs broke, that mat didn't stay where it was supposed to at all. I worry that the same might happen with other mats that don't have holes for the tabs)

Anyone have pics? Anyone with a manual had luck with these?

As an alternative, have you thought about the OEM all-weather floor mats? I have the Toyota version in my Matrix and really like them.

I agree with SlammedNiss. There are also other rubber options on eBay that LOOK like the OEM rubber ones Slammed mentioned. I don't have a link off hand, but a decent alternative.

I agree with the previous two posters. Get the GM all weather front mats. Unfortunately, the matching GM rear mats are pretty much impossible to get a hold of, so I would just grab some universal rear mats.

Wow ... those look good. May have to get a set for the 04 Fusion GT before winter ;)

Here's the WT mats. Yes I need to clean them and vacuum the carpet, I'm well aware of that. But it's pretty easy to ignore until you see a picture of it lol.
