Replaced Door.....Windows and Radio will not work

Weird situation.....

I replaced my entire door for my 2006 vibe base, with a door off of a 2004 vibe. My husband unhooked the battery while doing this. I am aware of a relearn process after unhooking the battery.

After hooking the battery back up, the windows will either not roll up or down, or do so very slowly. The radio will also work and then not work. Is this part of the relearn, or is there something else wrong??

There is something else wrong, probably a wiring short. During relearn the engine runs a bit rough/weird for about 60mi/100km, but that's all.

Nevermind, figured it out! Wiring is slightly different on 04, so we had to swap out all the wiring from my old 06 door, and place it on the new 04 door. Everything works as it should now!!
