2003 Pontiac Vibe power windows not working.

My power windows aren't working on my vibe and I got a new window switch and all the fuses check out fine and put in new relays but still nothing. I pulled out a fuse that's behind the relays but don't know what it's for. It's got these numbers on it, 90980-0406. Could it be a circuit breaker and if it's bad, could that be causing Windows not to work?

There is a wiring diagram attachedfor the 03 matrix power window circuit, it's the same for your 03 Vibe


the wiring diagram shows the power comes from the GAUGE and POWER fuses, and the P/W relay

For reference, look at the attached file which shows the location of the 10A GAUGE and 30A POWER fuses in the under dash fuse block on page 5 of 7. The 30A POWER fuse is bigger than the little blade fuses, looks like a small plastic box. The P/W relay is on the top of the underdash fuse block, and is shown on page 6 of 7 in that pdf.

Did the power windows used to work, and now they don't?
If they used to work, did anything else happen to or was anything else done to the car about the same time the windows stopped working?
Does the car have a moonroof, and if so, does it still work?
