Yes, guessing, or gambling, the odds on favorite is the wiper motor. It could be the switch too or a wiring issue. Check voltages at the motor connector to make sure that you have full power to the motor and if you do full power to the motor at the high speed connection, then it is the motor that is bad. Below is a link to wiper information on 2003 to 2008 models but will give you some insight as to what to check. You will have to cross check the information from the above wiring diagram to what is shown in the link below to figure out if the connectors are configured and wired the same, I do not know if the wiring is the same for the wipers between the first and second generations of the Vibe. You need to determine that.
