Inner tie rod end torque spec ???

Going to replace inner tie rods this weekend, but I cannot find the torque specs for them. I checked this site and various others. The closest I found for a toyota is a 6th gen celica :

Inner tie rod - 61 lb/ft
tie rod locknut - 41
castle nut - 36

I also found that some dont even use a torque wrench....just tighten really tight with blue locktie....HELLLPPPP !!!
