Can anyone help new fuel pump dead thx

This pic shows the top of the under dash fuse block. The pic was uploaded to genvibe to show the location of the starter relay (arrow) but it does show the C/OPN relay just a bit left of center.
Easiest to access it by just yanking the vent/dimmer/mirror control trim piece straight back from the dash, or pull the storage bin left of the steering wheel, I can't remember which gives best access.
If I remember right, those three relays (C/OPN, PW, and IG1 are all the same type, so if you suspect the relay, you could swap the C/OPN relay with the Power Window relay, and see if it has any effect
