So far I've replaced my belt tensioner and actuator with the help of the forums.
I have one problem though.
After replacing the actuator and messing with the cabin air filter a bit, I started the car to test out the AC and see if the clicking noise from the actuator was gone.
Everything sounded good, but all of a sudden I heard a loud noise and the AC stopped blowing air.
I got down and opened up the blower and I found this:
What the heck happened from changing the actuator that made this occur?
Actuator seems to working fine. No clicking and the door is changing when I hit the circulation button just fine.
There's nothing you could have done to the recirc actuator to break the blower.
Yeah this was purely coincidental! There was likely some debris in the way combined with thousands of miles of "bumpy, shaky" driving, then fatigue of the plastic itself = cracked blower wheel! You ought to listen to a metal blower wheel when it finally cracks & falls off of a steel shaft 
Hearing protection doesn't even come close to protecting your ears from the severe screeching noises. Anyways glad to see you tackling & fixing your own problems. Good luck
