Power Window Issue-03 Vibe

Thank you for accepting my request. I'm in dire need of help! Going on vacation soon and my power windows on my 2003 Vibe do not roll up or down from the master control switch on driver side except for the passenger window that rolls down but not up. Power door locks work fine.
The master control switch was already not mounted bc it broke loose a few months ago so I was able to disconnect plug then reconnect it but still same results but I did notice the bottom of the the master control switch got really hot as did the wires so I disconnected it and it cooled down. When I tried to press drivers side button i did hear a sound inside the door. the fuse marked "Gauge" that controls it is ok bc other things work . Is it the Master Control box or the motor inside the door that may be bad or something else. The ft passenger button on master control switch seemed to be stuck and not moving in its proper ranger. Wonder if this short circuited it. Leaving on vacation soon and have nowhere to park it inside a garage. Any help would be appreciated

check if you're getting around 12 volts at the window motors while pressing the switches. if you are, you will need a new motor(s).
