Lights behind A/C & fan controls 04 Vibe

Need to replace burnt out lights behind my control dials near the shifter in my '04 vibe. This youtubr video shows pretty clearly how I should remove my trim: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ECHAoRYZXJY

The answer listed here http://www.justanswer.com/pontiac/69l5y ... ights.html indicates that I need to replace an entire unit and I cannot just service the bulbs directly.

Curious what the case is and what parts I might need to do the job!
