While rotating tires today I stripped a lug nut (no impact wrench just got a little over zealous). I have alloy wheels so I don't need the ones for hubcaps. When I start looking for a replacement tomorrow will Toyota lug nuts work or only Vibe?

Should be able to find a replacement at any parts store. Nut is 12mmX1.5 thread! Take the old lug nut in with you to confirm you are correctly matching the "seat " design of the old lug nut.
