It feels like the engine wants to stall when the throttle is almost closed (ei driving about 30mph with little pressure on gas pedal.) It stalls sometimes when first driving, before warm up, backing out of drive or pulling into a parking spot within the first few minutes of driving. NO ENGINE LIGHTS. All other times it runs great.
The PCM is the Powertrain Control Module, or the computer. It is covered under the 8/80 emissions warranty, so as long as it has less than 80K on it, and if that is what is wrong, GM should cover it. But that would mean taking it to GM and paying for a diagnosis. And they would probably recommend a fuel injection flush and other $$$ services first, especially since it has no codes apparent.
But you might want to clean out the intake and throttle body first. It might have some gunk on it that is messing with the throttle on cold starts. Have you run any fuel system cleaner through it?
