does the subwoofer panel from the vibe with factory subwoofer fit the vibe without the factory subwoofer?

It should fit no problem. The only difference between the two is that one is designed to house the subwoofer, while the other is not.

ok i want to install a subwoofer that way... i don't wanna limit the flat load floor with a big old subwoofer box
