green vs blue injectors

Hi everyone and thanks in advance for all of the help. I recently purchased an 05 vibe that had the timing chain sprockets wear down to nothing causing the exhaust valves to slam the pistons. I found a good engine and transmission for less than I could even replace the head for on this engine so just pulled it all and swapped the whole package. The donor engine is an 03 going in my 05. The only differences I have found have been the shift position switch, throttle body (drive by wire vs cable) and finally the 03 has green injectors vs the 05 having blue. After putting the motor in, it seems to run great and drive great (except it has the wonderful defective PCM which I am currently waiting to get replaced under recall). Does anyone know what the difference is in the injectors and if there is a reason I should switch back to the original blue ones or just keep the green ones currently in the 03 engine? Thanks again everyone. I have been reading allot on this site and finding allot of great info. I have wanted one of these vibes since they came out in 03 and I rented one for a day. Just never could afford one until this deal came about. Take care all.
