Electrical Bus Bar

My ABS, VSC, and Check Engine light all came on yesterday. The disable ABS/VSC switch also seems dead so first step was to check fuses. The fuses for several circuts, like the ABS, dont exist as standard fuses. I found a couple of posts that refer to a "bus bar, a roughly 1"x4" clear plastic box inside the fusebox" which is exactly what this looks like but the posts were not clear on how it's replaced. Guess I'll be calling a Toyota dealership to see what they have to say but wanted to know if anybody had any experiance with this part for reference?
