Cigarette lighter is stuck!

I just noticed that I can't pull out the cigarette lighter. It looks like it's working when I push it in (it heats up & pops out), but I can't seem to pull the lighter out without the entire port coming with it. Any ideas?? Is there some kind of locking deal that I'm unaware of?
