It won't be coming this way for another 100 years. This site will be a long ago relic, with cars possibly no longer in existence. So, here's the question: what type of transportation methods will we be using on the next 12*12*2112?

As the Caretaker, my guess is teleportation.

Transportation, assuming we're still around on this planet to be transported, will be primarily electric Refineries will still be around to produce all the other by-products of oil other than gas & diesel, so there will still be some gas/diesel vehicles in use. Maybe just for the heavy highway construction equipment & generators Also, on a side note, I bet that somewhere out there on the roads, an odometer or two actually hit 121212 on the dash. Either in miles OR kilometers. That would be a site to see

12*12*12 concert is great. I hope everyone donates to help rebuild my Garden State. At least Lucy the Elephant survived the storm and I look forward to all the new boardwalks to be built. I hope that Eddie Vedder does Big Hard Sun..............only 3+1/2 more hours to go. I haven't stayed up till midnight in decades. The Caretaker needs his sleep.

Well, nobody here today will likely be around then, even if any of us survive the Mayan apocalypse next week

Still, I doubt few around on 12/12/1912 could imagine the automobile society/infrastructure of today so whatever I might guess today will most certainly be wrong
