AT Fluid Leak at Drain Plug

Post by raider64 »

I have a 2009 Vibe with the 1.8L engine and Automatic Transmission. I changed the ATF about 5,000 miles ago (using Toyota WS) and while underneath it this afternoon, I noticed a small AT fluid leak bleeding from the drain plug. The plug was tight, so I am wondering if this plug has a washer of some type that would need replacing, or are there other issues I should look for. Thank you in advance for your help. :?

technically the aluminum washer needs to be replaced every time the plug is removed.
