Where to tie in positive inverter wire

Where can I tie the positive CCFL interter wire in? This is on a 2006 base Vibe, and I want the cold cathode lights to come on with the headlights. I read about tying into the parking lights (via the kickpanel), but was wondering if there's anywhere under the hood I can splice them.
