New Stereo

Going to be picking up my new 2008 Vibe sometime today. And the first thing that i want to do is change the stock stereo out for something that has a USB and/or AUX port on the front. I don"t have to much extra to spend on it right now. So I was going to go a little cheap for now and get a better one down the road.

and I am assuming that I would need some kind of mounting kit. Is there anything else that I would need to make it work?

The wiring harness.
Unless you're comfortable with cutting off the factory harness and using crimp connectors
The harness still requires you use crimp connectors or soldering but saves your factory harness.

I cannot encourage the "twist and tape" method... it will always come back to bite you
