sorry, i thought i answered this earlier...

the DG needs a new transmission and luckily i have a friend with a supercharged 1zz wtih a c60 who blew his engine....so im pulling the engine/tranny and using the c60, exedy clutch and fidanza flywheel.

trying to make the black vibe an uber economical city driver

thus, i picked up some forged goodness today

Please detail the auto-manual trans swap process. I will be doing the same some day. I'm assuming the supercharger is going to your red Vibe...? Did you sell the Aveo? What happened with the Yaris?

OT, but a guy I autocrossed with actually spoke to you about autoX on another forum. I've randomly found you on several other forums, weirdly.

LOL, small world...
Black vibe is a 1zz 5speed. Burgandy is a GT 6 speed.

Donor c60 (6speed) is coming from a friend with a TRD s/c'd 1zz matrix who already had a catastrophic 5speed failure.

I'm not doing an auto-manual swap...that's too much work.
