help wiring gauge backlighting.

Ok first I figured this has to be on the site somewhere but I just can't find it, so ill resort to a new thread.

All I need is to wire one bulb to be controlled simultaneously with the dash lights. I just don't know where to tap in. Are they positive controlled? So can I ground the negative? And where would I find the wire for the positive?
