Hey I'm new on here, but I've had my 04 vibe for a while now. Just had a few questions for anyone who wants to help out

I'd like to tint my tail and head lights, but no idea the way to go about it. And also wondering if anyone knows how long you should go before changing spark plugs? I highly doubt the lady that owned the car before me changed them, and I'm at 171000 km.
