A suggestion i would try is a Cold Air Intake. It gives the engine a more deeper, throatier sound. And it gives you more benefits than just a better sound. It gives you anywhere between 2-3 mpg, and 10-11 more horsepower. It may vary with your 2010 GT because of the motor, but all-in-all it would be worth it. Best of luck to whatever mods you do to it!

I am just today making this same decision/purchase. The K&N Cold Air Intake Kite (Typhoon) is apparently the money on this choice. I will call the supplier to make absolutely certain I have the correct model. There is also a very detailed installation page on the www. See another thread in this recent GenVibe "De-Mystifeind Cold Air Intake" for more info.
Here's the kits:

x2! I have heard that a muffler doesn't change the sound very much, if at all. An intake will be cheaper, alot easier to install and will give you the sound you're looking for in addition to increased power and gas mileage.

I have had the K&N Typhoon CAI (#69-8613TS) on my 2009 Vibe GT for almost 3 years now. I absolutely love it! Click on my signature picture to visit my Garage and see what it looks like installed.
