Fuse Block

I have an 03 and i was trying to hardwire my Sirius Head unit, but i could not find the fuse block that is supposed to be under the instrument panel on the drivers side. I looked and looked, but found no fuse block at all. I ended up running the hardwire power to the fuse block under the hood, but this one is constant power, nothing is off until i turn the key, so i have to remember to always turn off the unit before i leave. Can anyone help m elocate the fuse block ? Where could it be, and what happens if i need to change one of those fuses ?

you'll need to contort your head up to see the box under the dash. it's right behind the hood release.
