Injen Warranty and Adventon

I sent an e-mail to Injen about their warranty and products purchased from Adventon. Here is the e-mail and I sent and Injen's reply:"I recently purchased an Injen CAI from Adventon Concepts. I have read recently that Adventon is not an authorized Injen dealer and that Injen will not honor the warranty on products purchased from Adventon.Can you please clarify this situation for me. If this is accurate, I will return the product to Adventon and purchase elsewhere."Reply from Injen:"Unauthorized dealers do not get the full support from the manufacturer. With authorized retailers, you can count on faster service should you have any problems with our intake system. Not at all! I bought mine from Adventon and didn't have any problems.

What a DOPE.... Call them (Adventon) up and find out if Adventon is an authorized dealer of Injen products... don't explain your situation just get this specific answer...Also contact INjen one more time and be specific and SPELL it all out. (they probably get tons of email and they quickly browse through them )IS ADVENTONE AN AUTHORIZE DEALER OF INJEN PRODUCTS?see if this helps...good luck
