04 & 05 different intake & tranny in swap

So I have to use only bare block & transfer everything from 04 to 05 block the issue is 05 doesn't have a cable on throttle body it's electric ! & tranny doesn't have enuf electric connections I think it's overdrive don't know so I split apart engine from tray & put 04 tranny on 05 block it's day 4 & it's a lot of work I have a ton of photos & I'll get to posting them soon well it's 11 pm I have had 4 hours sleep now time to get it it under that hood
