Pontiac Customer Care Center

Post by jake75 »

In today's mail was a note to "Dear Pontiac Owner" from Michelle Kaptur, Owner Experience Team, providing a key card with the # 800-762-2737, a direct line to specially trained advisors at the Pontiac Customer Care Center who can answer questions from Pontiac owners.I guess this means there is no longer any need for for genvibe.com. But then maybe their answers are limited to providing "help securing roadside assistance, resolving warranty concerns or finding a Pontiac Authorized Service Provider" - all specifically referred to in the note.

Yep, we got two of them in the mail the other day. I promptly put them in the recycling bag .

Ironically, this service will probably end when the warranty on the last Vibes runs out.
