AC/ Heater fan works at only 2 speeds

HelloThe AC/ Heater blower fan switch in my 04 vibe works on setting 3 or 4, but not 1 or 2. I've seen posts here for replacing the fan and relay, but I'm thinking these are not the problem, since it consistently works (not blower motor), and works on both 3 and 4 (not fan relay).I'm guessing it's the switch itself. Does anyone know the best way to replace it? Any other ideas what to check?Thanks.

I Beleive you have a blown resistor pack. That normally happens with these cars. What happens is at lower speed the voltage is dropped across the resistor pack. The lower speed the higher the resistance on the resistor pack the higher speed the lower resistance. Over time these resitor packs get crap on them and burn hotter until they break.
