In most provinces, 100km/hr is the most common freeway speed for 4-lane + routes. Typical rural two-lane roads are most often 80km/hr, with some at 90km/hr if it is a modern highway with well banked turns, decent shoulders, and modern pavement. In rare cases, freeway speeds are 110km/r, or even more, if its a relatively newly built 4+ lane highway. The highest I've seen is 115km/hr on the main highway through New Brunswick. Quebec is a whole other story, especially in rural areas. Sometimes the speed limit will be 90km/hr an hour on a twisty road full of potholes and no shoulders, and there seems to be a less-unified, more regional approach to signage and traffic regulations compared to the other provinces.

25 mph = 40 km/h 30 mph = 50 km/h 35 mph = 60 km/h 45 mph = 70 km/h 50 mph = 80 km/h 55 mph = 90 km/h 60 mph = 100 km/h 70 mph = 110 km/h That would be the loose equivilant of what you'd read on your speedometer.If in doubt though, stay in the right lane and do the speed of the person in front of you.
Thanks for the speed information. I got to thinking of the posted speed question when I was viewing your video showing your speedometer. Anyway, I was always wondering what they were when I was reading the comments herein from Canadian members. BTW, it seems to me that there are a lot more GenVibe Vibe owners from Canada then from the USA. And, I rarely see 2009-10 Vibes around my county in NJ. I am like a rare owner around here.
Here's a close up. You can see the mph on the inner side of the speedometer, km/h on the outside. Yours will be similar but with the km/h on the inner side. 140km/h is about 88mph... Now where's my hoverboard!
