Fog Lamp adjustments

Anyone know if the fog lamps can be adjusted? One seems to be pointint higher than the other.

One of mine is aimed higher than the other as well. I looked behind the fog light from the engine bay, I can see the adjustment screw thing that looks like the one for the headlights. I turned it many times in both directions and it didn't move a bit. So not sure if there's a way to adjust them or not =/

I don't think you can. Maybe the bumper is slightly bent out of shape. After I got my new bumper my fogs light up the road MUCH better; what ever they did I have no idea.
