Saris Bones Rack - Check it out!

Post by Geo »

Had a race this weekend, and since I was carrying 2 bikes, I knew that I couldn't fit em both in the back seat with all our camping gear and the such. My solution? Saris Bones Rack.It fits on the back very nicely, no paint scratches (make sure car is clean before you put it on) no denting, nothing bad. It fits on there extremely well, no worries about it coming off and the bikes were held very securely. Just want to say that as a big-time biker who doesn't always want to keep a roof-rack on his car (doesn't impress the ladies as much when cruising around ) that the Bones rack is a great little product and installs/takes down in minutes once it's set up for your vehicle :Dhttp://www.sarisproducts.com if you want to check it out! Now i can remove those pesky crossbars and dance around and be merry.Direct link to product: http://www.graberproducts.com/category/ ... l%3DtrueAs for my race ... this is only HALF the mud that was on my bike when I pulled out of the race. (I removed SOME mud then, and a lot more got washed off during the rainstorms that followed me home...)When both wheels stop spinning WHILE YOU ARE RIDING DOWN A HILL you know it's bad. A man can only take so much, ya know? (Like 40 minutes of WALKING YOUR BIKE BECAUSE YOU CAN'T FREAKIN' RIDE IT BECAUSKLSDHFDKLJFHDLIUFHKJ!@!@##*(@U$*(... *ahem* .. it sucked.
