I just recently had my tires rotated while I went in for an oil change. And about a day after the rotation, I started hearing this flapping/whirring noise coming from my front right region of the car. The noise does get faster as the car gets faster. It doesn't sound until 30mph +. My tires do have uneven tread wear, and my tread wear marks are showing. 1 cm or less on until the tread wear marks hit surface. I've done visual inspection and can't find anything wrong, so I assumed it was the tread wear and uneven weardown that was making the noise as it was contacting the pavement. But because it only occurs on the front right area of my car, that makes me think there may be another problem. If anyone has experienced this before or know of any possible solutions, it would be great. Thanks.
I had a similar (i think) noise from my tires, much like a "whup, whup, whup" that changed with speed. The tires had "flat spots" across the tread that were causing the noise and a new set of tires solved the issue.Have you recently replaced warped rotors?
Probably just the uneven tread wear and wear markers that are causing the sound. Usually you can't hear it on all tires. I experienced a similar thing, but mine came from the left front.

May not be the case with the Vibe, but on my Malibu I would get the same sound when my wheel bearing started to go out. If it keeps up for a while, perhaps you should get it looked at.

You can test it by moving the tire to a different location on the car.
