That thing is hideous. I wouldn't drive it if it got 60 MPG. Just buy a Prius.

What a sad use of ductboard & foil tape I wonder how much of an impact the rear can take? You wouldn't catch me driving anything like this no matter what the MPG's are

He is weather_spotter from Ecomodder.com, and on matrixowners.com too. The thing is made of wood and foam (I think it weighs less than 100lbs). I'm going to assume that a Prius isn't achievable to him because I think the car was given to him, or the simple fact that the Matrix is a much cheaper vehicle than a Prius. I will admit, it isn't the most attractive thing, but to each his own. And yes, he has MUCH more cargo space. It just goes to show that even though it isn't a grocery-getter, there is a different variety which like the Matrix/Vibes. It means our cars are just that much more flexible!
