Headlight / Foglight change out?

I've noticed that many of you have changed out your headlights and/or foglights for and aftermarket halogen / superwhite type. Is there a general consensus on which brand / model is best? Is there really a noticeable difference? Finally, is there a good source to order these online?Thanks

Xenon bulbs are the way to go, my friend! Way brighter and whiter looking, not the dull yellow that regular halogens give off. I think the most popular are the Sylvania Silverstars which you can now get at Walmart in the automotive area for about $35. I have been using a brand of Xenon bulbs I got from Target for only $18. Use H4 size bulbs for the headlights and 9006 for the foglights.

I use Silverstars which are actually high performance halogens, not Xenons. But IMHO, they're far better than any Xenon's I tried...best investment I ever made. I tried PIAAs Super Plasma GT bulbs...I wasn't too impressed. The Silverstars are definitely better in my opinion...just make sure, whatever you get, you get the same L/H wattages...ours, I BELIEVE, are 65W/72W...anyone please correct me if I'm wrong...Headlamps: H4/9003Foglamps: 9006

I picked up some Xenon Bulbs for my driving lites nice and bright on the road right in front of you.

Stopped by my Wal-Mart today - they don't carry the 9003's, had the 9006's though. Didn't get either, all or nothin'. May try someplace else.

Autozone definitely has Silverstars. That's where I got mine.

Got a set of these today, got them installed too. They are awesome. Never realized just how "yellow" normal headlights are until I saw "Super White" Took a chance I know, I went looking for a set of Sylvania Silverstars, but found these first after looking at 2 different places. They claim the same rating as the Sylvanias (4000 K) but are about 2/3 the price.Decided to give a chance and hope for the best.

But APC's have a tendency to blow out after a short while.
