Custom Chrome Strip?

does anyone know of a company who makes custom sized chrome style strips for auto use?basically, i am looking to add a strip, just like what is circled in green, to the part circled in yellow.and if you make fun of my horrid MSPaint skills, you are off my Christmas Card list!

You could try using some of that chrome-look flexible plastic door edging? Sometimes it looks OK, others not so good. I think it largely depends how much time/effort you would be willing to put into a good install, and the arch of the curves.

I suggest trying chrome trim moldings, the 3M adhensive on their back holds pretty firm. Just remember to choose one roll of the right shape, and place it on the outer lip of the intake or you won't see the chrome molding, because you will see it at a look down angle. http://www.customautotrim.com/...l.htm

good thought Richard. thanks! i will look into it.@petervivian: frickin "moulding!" that is the term i was looking for. ha! thanks my fellow Floridian. that's why i failed at the internet search.and thanks for the link!i figure i want to complete the look on the front of the car. let the investigating begin!

Using the same link as Peter listed above you might want to look in the door edge molding section. They offer an "L" shaped one I hadn't considered before that looks like this and is available in silver metallic, which may just be a better match to the aluminum than chrome would be. I'm not sure but their prices seem a little high to me. It was a while ago, I admit, but I bought a 100' roll of the std black for like $15 - $20.
