A Lexus Matrix Hybrid that base stickers just under 30 Thousand Dollars and gets around 40 to 43 MPG. I get 38 to 40 MPG with my just under 14 Thousand Dollar Vibe (OK, I got my Vibe on a really good sale... sticker was 20K). Gotta admit though, that the interior on this CT200H is way extremely luxo.

I see a couple of them running around all the time, so eventually I probably will. Vibe design was always more appealing to me.Graft the Lexus interior into a Vibe GT... wow.

So the homeland is in shambles from the devastating earthquakes and tsunamis, and Lexus spends megamillions advertising the Lexus CT200h as 'The Darker Side of Green' during the NCAA Basketball tournaments. Really Lexus? That's the best slogan you could find for an overpriced hybrid VibeMatrix??? REALLY?FYI: All CT200h's are manufactured in Kyushu, inland in the southernmost part of Japan.

I went with my dad to the Twin Cities Auto Show, and we got to see the Vibe Hybrid, as I call it.In person, it looks short and wide. It is a decently comfy car, but is VERY much like the Vibe as far as ergonomics and visibility. Not nearly as practical as the Vibe, and the Honda Insight II has the same mpg ratings with much more practicality. Then again, I'd take a VW Jetta Sportwagon TDI before the Vibtrix hybrid. It is by no means a terrible car, just a sort of out of place one. Like a semi-loner in the world of Lexus. Although less of an outcast than the Vibe was.
