Ok I bought everything I need & ready to go. I removed the belt from the alternator so I can remove the top bolt from the tensioner piston. It was pretty tight, but I got about 1/4 turn I noticed that not only the nut turned but it seemed like the stud turned as well. I didnt go any further from there because I didnt want to break anything. So the question is, when removing the top nut from the tensioner piston....am I removing a nut or the entire stud attatched with the nut? I didnt read anything about that so Im not sure if its just me. I assumed it was just the nut.
