alloy vs. steelies

so from what i've read, the alloy wheels came standard on the 03 GT. when we bought mine, it had the original steel wheels and hubcaps. did we get cheated out or something?

If ya bought it new from Pontiac back in 2002, yes ya did. If purchased used, the previous owner can do whatever they want basically...
