Almost sounds like the thermostat wasn't installed correctly, or is faulty

•Add coolant in the radiator. Take off the radiator's cap and add a mixture of 50 percent water and 50 percent coolant in the radiator. Add the same mixture in other places that hold the coolant, such as the overflow or coolant reservoir. •Run the engine. When you have filled the radiator and coolant reservoir with the coolant mixture, leave the radiator cap off and start the engine. Leaving the radiator cap off while the engine runs allows the trapped air in the cooling system to surface and release itself out from the radiator. This may take a little time to accomplish, so be patient. You will notice bubbles forming at the radiator's opening, so this means air is surfacing, and you might notice the coolant level dropping, which means the coolant has filled those places where air used to occupy. You can stop the engine for a while and repeat the process until there are no more air bubbles and the temperature gauge is constant. Burping your car's cooling system helps to improve the engine's cooling system to efficiently manage the engine's temperature. More than likely theres air traped inthe system

what tony said^^^ you have air in the system... let the car cool remove the rad cap. start the car and put your heater on and put the fan on high.Watch the coolant level and and add the mix. Once the car is up to temp replace the cap and you should be set, unless you have the wrong thermosat.

BTW Thanks for your help it is really appreciated!indeed there was air in the pipes, i did the purge like you said with the cap off. It works and engines temperature has stabilized.I also get eat inside now!But there's 2 problemes. 11)If i start the car from cold, run it parked/idle for 15 minutes, I never get eat inside unless i drive it. That is very strange.2) I have also replaced the battery and I can ear a relay clicking very fast. THis relay is located just upper/behind the filter box(that is behind the battery). It is apparently located on vaccum hoses. It has a blue plug. This relay is clicking fast enough, like 6 clicks/sec. What could it be?

I've never let my car idol for more than 2 mins and the heat is cranking in about 5mins of driving. I can't help you with the no heat till you drive. Try purging the system one more time.. Be sure to let the car get up to temp. The clicking from the sensor is normal, i think, if it's the sensor I think it is... Been a while since i have seen a stock intake. Someone help me out here.

It also depends how cold it is.If it is -40C here, it takes a LONG time to heat up.

the thing with the blue connector on it is one of the vacuum switching valves in the evaproative emissions control system. I don't know if it's supposed to click like yours is or not, but even if not it's probably not a big deal. Unless you are really sensitive about minimizing your emissions, in which case you probably shouldn't be driving in the first place Some threads about cabin heat and burping http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=35287 where djb383 explains his burp techniquehttp://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=43189 where sinuuar burped his heater core by swapping the heater hoses

First, I agree with Keith. It's not good to idle any car for a long period of time, and it will take forever from a cold start to warm up that way. Loading the engine is the best and fastest way.Second, are you sure you got a "normal" thermostat for the car, whatever that might be (192-195*F/90*C?) and not one that's designed to open at lower temperatures, like a 180 (82*C?) Third, Be sure to NEVER over-fill your fuel tank, or ANY fuel tank that has a closed emissions system installed. They are designed to deal with fuel vapor, not raw liquid fuel. Raw fuel from overfilling can enter the system and overwhelm it. This can damage the system severely, cost a lot of money to fix and (I'm guessing here) might be causing that relay to be acting up now.
