Anybody out there used Federal Himalaya tires?

I don't follow tire manufactures much and I've never heard of Federal but I need a set of 4 winter tires and I was thinking of these. Mounted and balanced Federal Himalaya's for 73 a piece.I know they aren't top shelf but top shelf just isn't in my budget. I love my Federal tires... they are very popular in the drifting croud as well.I have federal triangle 777 snows tires that I use on my wife's car... this will be the third season with these tires... They are wearing very well.I also know a friend of mine to the north of us running the Himalaya tires. He loves them.
