Sunroof Squeak

Okay.. this only happens when it gets hot outside.. Like 80+F. When I vent the sunroof it makes the horrible, loud grinding, really low squeaking noise when I vent it up, or down; quiet when it slides either forward in back. But in cooler weather, it vents quietly. I don't remember it doing this last summer, but when it started to get hot this year I noticed it. Do I need to have the dealer re-grease the tracks or what. If I can do it myself, what can I use?

Mine makes the same horrible noise when I vent it . It probably just needs to be re-greased like you said. Just take it to the dealer and make them do it .

mine gets that nasty sound too lol only sometimes tho. I'll probably bring it to dealer to fix once I get my fixed =/
