so... im driving along in my 03 GT and i come to a stop sign and hit the brakes, medium-hard-ish and each side in the rear makes a single pop noise. i took it to advance auto and asked the dude about it and he said it was my shocks not getting lube. i took them off and looked at them, they were fine. springs a bit soft, but dad says thats how its supposed to be. the pop continues and i have no clue whats wrong. calipers and pads are fine and greased up so they arent sticking. any clue?

oh, i forgot to mention what the advance auto guy said to fix it. load up the back with alot of weight, and go over the railroad tracks really fast and give them a workout.
