How To Open Hood With A Broken Latch?

Hey Gang I was hoping someone would help me figure out how to open the hood with a broken hood latch. I bought a new horn today and when I went to install it, the hood wouldn't open. Upon closer inspection, the cord is completely disconnected from the latch. Please help, I need a horn. Bad!ThanksEric

You'll probably have to fish around from below with a screwdriver or similar instrument to either put the cable back or pop the release mechanism.good luck!

Thanks! My buddy and I managed to get the hood open with a screwdriver. We did just as you said with the release mechanism. It was a bit of a pain in the (removed), but it worked. No to hook up that horn.
