Heater Hoses

Hello, I own a 2006 Pontiac Vibe and I have a 100,000+ miles on my vehicle. So, I am going to change the coolant and purchase some radiator hoses in case I need to change them. If I decide to change the radiator hoses I was planning to change the heater hoses too. I have a lift that I can use, and I was just curious if it was pretty straight forward replacing the heater hoses?
