Stock M&T subwoofer elimination

Hey, so I finished up an installation with a pair of 10" alpine subwoofers and id like to disconnect my stock subwoofer from the stock amplifier because its making my system sound unbalanced and bad. I looked at the post with the amplifier wire harnesses but they only identified the pins for the 6 speakers. Id rather not have to start pulling pins out and guess and check here, and id also like to avoid removing the plastic interior panel to disconnect the signal at the subwoofer.So if someone could identify the subwoofer output pins from the amp, or name another location i could unplug or even cut and cap a wire leading to the stock subwoofer, i would be very appreciative Thanks!
