Replaced batt now anti theft system engaged and wont START!!!!

i replaced my battery and now my Anti Theft System is engaged and it will not let me start the car.. the horn keeps going off and the flashers as well.. i have automatic doors the car is completely stock with no aftermarket alarm. nothing that i have done so far has worked. ----how i do disengage the anti theft device so i can start this dam thing.-----thanks

its a 2004 vibe awd automatic

if its OEM, should just be able to unlock the car using the key in the driver door.
