Post by vibetech »

we just got done tonight with a PT it now has a 50hp shot of NOS a k&n CAI system and a set of plugs and wires from a comany i think was called NOLOGY we got it done and went out on the road we first run it without NOS it was still kinda doggy but i could tell a big dif the next pass we opened up the bottle and hit the switch at about 20mph it would pull the front up and try to go to one side so we tryed it again at 40mph and that time it set straight and took off it is totally dif from the way it was stock we hope to have it at the drag strip this weekend so i will make a new post when we do i have never liked NOS on cars but i can say now it isnt going to be long before i have it on my vibe

Vibe comes from the Carolla, and the PT comes from the Neon. I have always viewed em in the same category. Cant beat the toyota drive-train though.

sorry i didnt get back about it sooner yes i ment pt i know its not a very good car but the guy that has it give us two blank checks and said and power with one and pay your self with the other it took all the doggyness out of it and at about 50 you can stomp it down and it will pull your head back its not like a v8 will but it will run very good we only put a 50 hp shot to it right now so its not going to do to much to the motor as fer as hurting it

I think what you did to it is cool and all....but wood panels. The dude had you modify his PT that has the fake wood panels. Guess the guys he will race won't know what hit em, but its just odd with the conservative bra, white, and with the wood panels.
