Roof Rack and the Rubber Insert

Hello GenVibers, can you provide some assistance. I'm looking at replacing the rubber insert that is at the bottom of the roof rack but cannot seem to find it at Rock Auto. Do you happen to know the part number and how difficult to replace? Looks like mine is breaking up in places.
