PIE GM12-AUXV2 works fine, but I have a question...

Post by Dissonance »

Hello,I installed the PIE GM12-AUXV2 on my 2005 Vibe, and it works great. I just have a questions... When I select the aux button, my stereo reads "D2 T3". I assume that mean disc 2, track 3. I have no CD changer, so I wonder how the stereo determined the disc and track. I read that I was supposed to set the jumper on the PIE GM12-AUXV2 to changer. Is that correct? If I change the jumper, will the "D2 T3" clear and will the aux input still work? I will give it a try as soon as I have time.Best,D

Actually, mine shows "1 0" or "2 0" (not "D1 T0") then AUX IN and I have to switch with the BAND button. 1 0 and 2 0 are the same input, I guess 2 0 is for the optional iPod connector that I don't have.
